When you get to the Checkout page you will see a text box marked, ‘Please leave special instructions below:’ There, add your name (or nick-name) and your squad number (if appropriate) and we’ll print those onto your flip flops. It couldn’t be simpler!
Important information about sizing:
Yearone Kids come in 3 different sizes. Deciding sizes for flip flops is really hard and it’s not the same as a shoe size. Shoes don’t need to account for the length of the wearers toes whereas flip flops do. There’s also personal preference to consider. Some people like to have their feet go right to the edge of the flip flop. Some people like to have a buffer between their feet and the edge of the flip flop. We recommend people that are on the border of a size should go up a size.
Disclaimer: In the event that you place an order for the incorrect size based on our sizing. Yearone HQ holds no responsibility for wrong sizing, Yearone HQ will not be responsible to provide a replacement product, a replacement must be purchased.

We provide worldwide shipping.
We aim to deliver all items as a priority and as efficiently as possible.
We request that you allow up to 14 working days for delivery within the UK from time of order.
Worldwide shipping will take longer.
Please note that a signature will be required from the recipient upon delivery.
If an incorrect address is provided when you place the order and this subsequently leads to the courier being unable to deliver the goods then any costs associated with re-delivery will have to be met by you.
If we are unable to redeliver an order then we cannot be held responsible to issue a refund or replacement.
Any item that is out of stock can be reserved by completing the online form on the Contact Us page. Any such item will be reserved upon receipt of payment.
Any items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all labels still attached.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
No refund/exchange is offered on sale goods, goods on a promotion or goods purchased with the use of a discount code.
Yearone LTD will not be responsible for the cost of the return. This must be covered by the customer.
The refund/exchange will be issued at the discretion of Yearone Ltd upon ensuring that the garment is in its original condition, unused, unworn and free from any odours. It must still be in the original packaging with all the labels attached.
A failure to comply with the return/exchange procedure will result in no refund or exchange being approved.
Any exchanged item will be held for 7 working days. If the cost of re-delivery is not received within this period then the item will no longer be reserved.
